Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (consumable supplements), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
  • Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at roeysupplements@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for:
    • Products returned unopened and in original packaging.
    • Orders canceled before fulfillment.
    • Damaged or incorrect items (with photo proof).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Digital products or gift cards.
  • Sale items.

Order Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email roeysupplements@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
