Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (consumable supplements), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
- Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for:
- Products returned unopened and in original packaging.
- Orders canceled before fulfillment.
- Damaged or incorrect items (with photo proof).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used supplements.
- Digital products or gift cards.
- Sale items.
Order Issues
